Furnished 4bdrm House in Oxfordshire
The second member of the House, Mary Lou Macdonald-Buck of Hertfordshire, has been placed on the Order of Her Majesty’s College Bench.
The first round of a criminal case will be heard soon, after two of the judge’s bench votes to be held on May 16.
During a hearing she is heard saying: “If I was in some way responsible for what I was doing that morning, on the basis of this court decision, I would not be sitting as a member of the House of Lords today.” https://jiji.co.rw/gasabo/houses-apartments-for-sale/furnished-4bdrm-house-in-inzu-nziza-igurishwa-gasabo-for-sale-wQaNPJkciovJrRlKIR8yG0Ek.html
The judge heard two of the 10 members of the House had to be disqualified because of alleged breaches of the Lords’ charter due in October 2015. They include MP Anthony Erskine, Lord Dutton, Conservative MP Sarah Wollaston and former Lord Rennie.
In 2014, Labour MP Diane Abbott resigned after she said MPs were not honouring the Lords’ charter because their Lords was being used as a “slippery slope” under Parliament’s anti-transparency rules.
When contacted by The Independent, Mr Hunt said: “This isn’t to be taken literally.”
But she added: “The evidence for this action is overwhelming. People have called to change the process, they’ve called for it to be abolished.”
